• Downloads may be served through GitHub Releases in v1.
• Payment links are handled by third-party providers.
• The desktop app does not upload user files by default.
• Future AI features must clearly disclose whether processing is local or cloud-based.
• AdSense may use cookies if ads are enabled later.
