Current public releaseFileLever 1.1.0 is the current public macOS release. It adds Photo Archive for Apple Photos and iCloud Photos, Dropbox support, downloadable workflow reports, and safer, more reliable file workflows.

Photo Archive for Apple Photos
- Archive selected older Apple Photos and iCloud Photos to a local folder or external drive after reviewing the plan.
- Request iCloud-only originals as they are needed, without downloading the whole library first.
- Check completed copies, save a local archive report, and resume an interrupted archive from its saved plan.
- Move originals to Recently Deleted only after a separate confirmation; copy-only remains available.
Dropbox support
- Use Dropbox folders as a source or target in Folder Sync.
- Scan Dropbox folders in Duplicate Finder.
- Improved remote workflow reliability, including clearer progress feedback and more accurate cleanup counts.
Safer Folder Sync
- Preview and Sync now stop immediately when the source and target overlap, including when the same Dropbox folder is selected for both.
- Clear in-app guidance explains how to select separate folders.
- Improved Preview progress feedback across source and target scans.
- Stronger cancellation, reconnect, retry, and mirror-safety handling.
- Better protection against stale previews before potentially destructive mirror cleanup.
Duplicate Finder improvements
- Refined duplicate review and cleanup workflow.
- More accurate reclaimable-space and pending-cleanup counts.
- Improved keep/delete state handling and clearer results presentation.
- Smoother loading for larger result sets.
File Reviewer improvements
- Refined large-file review experience with clearer actions and feedback.
- Improved copy, move, delete, open, and reveal workflows.
- Better persistence and recovery of review state.
Downloadable workflow reports
- Download activity logs and workflow-specific reports from Folder Sync, Duplicate Finder, Large File Reviewer, and Photo Archive.
- Keep a local record of completed work, skipped items, and details that need attention.
Desktop experience
- Updated home-screen interactions, workflow layouts, dialogs, and status feedback.
- Redesigned the Support FileLever prompt.
- Improved info, warning, and error popups with tighter spacing and more readable guidance text.
- Added a respectful support prompt after completed workflows, with a seven-day cooldown.
Reliability and privacy
- Improved local diagnostics and issue-reporting flows.
